Recontouring facial esthetics for a more youthful, refreshed appearance helps turn back the clock. To smooth even very deep lines for a natural look, Dr. Blanchard has introduced Daxxify. This next-gen neurotoxin contains a peptide that also improves skin texture. To add volume to the face and fill-in wrinkles and sagging, she taps into the RHA family of fillers, which is the number one brand in Europe. The product, which stands for Resilient Hyaluronic Acid, closely mimics the body’s natural hyaluronic acid for a natural effect and more dynamic expressions. She’s seen exceptional results especially in enhancing cheekbones, erasing expression wrinkles around the mouth and beautifying the natural shape of lips.

FACIAL PEELS & MICRONEEDLING
With the goal of tightening skin, improving tone and texture, and reducing pore size and acne scarring, microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure in which Dr. Blanchard rolls microscopic needles over skin to trigger its natural healing process, while allowing product to be more fully absorbed into the percutaneous level. Following treatment, skin produces more collagen and elastin, which firm and lift. To boost results further, during the facial, she applies Airessence Pure PDGF+, a potent topical solution that contains the only FDA-approved growth factor and powers natural skin regeneration for younger-looking skin. She’s also started using it as a scalp serum on patients with hair loss or thinning hair to spur regrowth.
Minor Surgical Procedures
SKIN TAGS, MOLES & LESIONS
For skin tags, moles and lesions, Dr. Blanchard can numb the affected area with local anesthetic and excise them with a small surgical blade. With moles, she will also remove a margin of healthy skin surrounding them to make sure all atypical cells are safely removed. In most cases, stitches are not needed. These procedures are conveniently performed within her plastic surgery center, and there is little needed in terms of follow-up care.
